The Esign Offers Purchase Template allows you to customize the offer with your desired PRICE & TERMS to start negotiations with sellers.

We recommend sending out as many offers as possible to your leads. You’ll never get a deal closed without an offer being sent.

SCORE PANEL – Required Fields

The yellow highlighted “Offer Sent” reporting tag shown below indicates an Esign Offer has already been sent for this activity record. In order to send another Esign Offer using this same activity record, you must first change the “Offer Sent” reporting tag to another selection or blank selection and save changes before you start the process.

CONTACT PANEL – Required Fields

The yellow highlighted “offer sent” tag shown below indicates an Esign Offer has already been sent for this activity record. In order to send another Esign Offer using this same activity record, you must first remove the “offer sent” tag and save changes before you start the process.

The fields in the RED BOXES are required fields and must be saved into the contact record BEFORE completing information for the Esign Offer in Esign Offers Panel.
